The main wing has a lounge, lift, more open. Room 109, in the bathroom the water leaks through the hose near toilet bowl when used. Makes it messy. The floor tiles are not scrubbed. Gives dirty feel. No toilet roll. Perhaps that’s what I get fir the price I pay. First I was given a room in the old wing, on the way to second floor, full of cigarette buds… tells me that place is not safe. And in the 2nd Floor room, saw an ashtray with cigarette buds wet & an used cloth/ undie like item at the bathroom sink. The bedsheet looked used plus had black marks. Moreover unless connected to the main wing, better don't sell. These rooms Your pride gets destroyed. It looked like some cheap hotel rooms in Geylang Singapore.

Looks good but not clean at all. Worst washroom and cleanliness Cleanliness. Toilet was not usable. Had poop spot, hair, stains everywhere. Beds had bed bug. Price higher than what it stated here. We booked rm61 but end up paying rm80 per room.
