Our room got locked out the 2nd day which should not be. Called staff but only came 30mins over to fix the issue.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to nearby shops and a short drive to the mall. The price is very affordable, making it a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking is very limited, and if you return late, the available lots are usually taken. The WiFi was not working at all throughout my two-night stay, which was quite inconvenient. I informed the staff but there was no response. I also messaged them to ask if there was an umbrella available at the premise, but again—no reply. Even a simple acknowledgment like “sorry, we don’t have it” would have been appreciated. Being left on read felt a bit rude and dismissive.

Pros: 1. Clean and comfortable room. 2. Bathroom had towels, shampoo, soap, and a shower cap – very convenient. 3. Room included useful items like tissue, hair dryer, iron & board, mini fridge, and hangers. Cons: 1. Communication via WhatsApp can be improve more.. As a first-time guest, I felt ignored when asking questions. 2. The iron and ironing board had burn marks. It should’ve been cleaned or replaced to avoid damaging guests’ clothes. Would I stay again? Yes. Just hope to see some improvements next time.

affordable price. it's clean and comfortable to stay. easy to check in the aircond not really working. already 16° but still hot for me. not really feel the aircond. fan speed too slow even though speed 4. I don't like lighting in the room. it's yellow so i can't see my real skin tone. it's make a little hard to put makeup
