Refurbished room Noisy at night with the door creaking. Call the reception using the phone in the room but nobody pickup. In the end, I had to walk to the reception asking for an extra towel but the towel didn't deliver until the next morning.

I like that it has private beach Staff that handle counter was a bit rude, i think her nane is emma? Can’t remember she was the one that pick up the phone when i called to ask about extra bed she spoke in condescending manner

Great staff, large room, great food. The view of my room was not actually sea-view. My view was spoilt by the renovation activities in front of the room corridor. I can't see any beaches due to the room was at 1st floor. If the room is on 3rd floor, then maybe I can define the room is sea-view.

Clean and comfortable stay for Family Not fully renovated yet, the kids pool too small, got crack, poor maintenance and still got renovation!

The room and amenities were good. Restaurant - all served the same food. Staff were not trained well. Served a bowl of noodles with silver ware. When I requested for chopsticks they said "don't have, only got at the Chinese restaurant". Eventually brought it for me after I asked 3 times and I am sure they thought I was a fussy customer. To me, if you are bragging about being 5 star, then service is very important. So this was disappointing to me. Also part of the pool and spa were under reno. I was looking forward to a massage and spa day with my daughter.

location is good. staff needs a lot of training. each time we asked for a bill it took them ages and made mistakes. staff waking us up ringing 3 times in a row for room service. alarm of the room beside ours ringing continuously between 7 and 9am.

The pool is not yet fully renovated and partial of it can be used. The buffet breakfast is quite fair compare to the 5 stars hotel I have stayed before, Lack of salad vegetable and hot food choice is lesser than expected. The food choice inside the hotel is quite limited.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights in total, and overall it was a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since my husband was preparing for an exam and needed a quiet place to study, we requested a quiet room. The front desk staff kindly showed us two rooms and allowed us to choose which one we preferred. We ended up choosing the room with the kampong view. The room itself was newly renovated, with a clean bathroom, a long work desk that was great for studying, and a comfortable bed. However, the corridor and room doors were still old, which made the contrast noticeable. As for dining, we had no choice but to order Grab food, and deliveries could only be sent to the security room near the entrance. The lobby was nicely renovated, and the beach was easily accessible, very peaceful, and calm — a lovely place to relax. We had breakfast at the hotel for four mornings, and the breakfast staff were always very friendly. On one occasion when we needed to take our breakfast away, the staff kindly allowed us to do so, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly service, peaceful beach access, and comfortable room.

By far on of the best Hotel I ever stayed in Malaysia Maybe just the fact that the jacuzzi and certain part of the pool area is closed. And also the fact that the tennis ball provided is not the best despite I have to pay RM10 to rent it
