The check in and check out process so easy and very smooth. After my check in, the door was not proper lock, i just put a safety latch. then suddenly the maintenance staff want to come in to check and want to repair the pipe in the toilet without proper knocking the door or to ensure the customer already inside or not. But after that, the staff make apologize to us due to this issue. Hope this can be improved in the future

The bed look so uncomfortable.bed sheet,pillowcase and blanket smelly ….really disappointment ?didnt have water dispenser for customer.

Rain caused roof leaks and power trip and some other customers smoked in the building and also tripping the fire alarm causing chaos in the middle of the night is quite a bad experience. However the hotel staffs are very responsible and prompted us to move to the other room which is better room. But the room is in different hotel and different building so moving there in the heavy rain is another bad and tiring experience. With no help from anybody. However the front desk staffs were kind enough to let us checked out late and we're also feeling thankful for that.

Easy to go anywhere as hotel is in town & easy to find food as many places are nearby like shops & shopping complex. Parking is a bit problem as sometimes you have to park a bit distance from the hotel as not many parking available.
