The room we stayed in was clean and in good condition. The bathroom and bed were comfortable. We liked the firm mattress. Location wise, there was not much to do around the hotel within walking distance

The cleanliness is ok and the room is big. Feels like a scam, when booking include with breakfast I hope 2 people but apparently only for one, please give a clear explanation in online booking. not satisfied the bathroom is too small, I am not a big person but the shower room is too narrow, The room is quite expensive, hope there will be changes especially the bathroom.

newly renovated feels like new, very clean and comfortable The parking space are limited and the access to Kuantan town is not smooth as we are require to search for a U turn, which can be a bit stressful

Bed are firm and nice. Air cond are sufficiently cool. TV channels has abit more variety now but can improve further. The window does are not clean for long time. The breakfast seems to deteriorating abut since my last visit 1.5 years ago. Not as tasteful as previous visits. Shower water remains an unresolved issue. Hot and cold water are not consistent - must be very careful during shower. TV BBC channel not working.

The shower is ridiculously narrow, clearly not designed to accommodate tall or bulky guests. It ruins all sense of comfort the room could have. Corridor is noisy, can hear guests and kids talking by the lift.
