it is very pretty. the view of the beach is outstanding. though it is scorching hot at the breakfast area, but it feels like vacation. maybe Hyatt can work on adding portable aircond or work on better circulation because it is also even hot at night. the outdoor playground for kids is great and my boy had a great time here. parking is a bit limited so we have to park outside property.

Excellent location and amenities. Beach was very clean and easy walk from the hotel The air conditioning in the room needs some service as it left some slippery condensation on the floor. Larger swimming pool needs more cleaning as water was cloudy

Breakfast was good. Beach is excellent. Just a few steps from the swimming pool. Staff are extremely polite and friendly, not to mention helpful. Would love to have seen a kids' pool with playing facilities like slides. There is no valet parking which should be considered by the hotel.

2. Breakfast is always superb!! Lots of choices; great choices. Taste wise, there is nothing to complaint. 3. Location is excellent. Starbucks, KFC and McDonalds is very nearby and within walking distance. 4. Finally there are beach activities. Previously there were none but now there are kayaks and surfboards that could be rented. Maybe not under the hotel though. 1. I remember, there were complimentary items in the mini bar like box and canned drinks. Now, the fridge is empty. For the exorbitant price charged in Kuantan, we should get a little bit more to get our money's worth. 2. The room smelled musky. 3. The larger pool is also slightly murky. But maybe due to the sand from the beach. 4. It is too expensive. There are no game rooms, in house activities. No added value to the hefty price one pays.

I enjoyed the stay so much, love the vibes, love the environment, love the cleanliness and i love the fact that the gym is open 24 hours. Please give all credits to front officer Norina and all the bellman were very polite and have all the courtesy during my stay. Thank you The tennis court was amazing with the surface but the net is not in a good condition. Please replace it as soon as possible as this is reflecting the 5 stars of your resort. During my check in process, the front officer is a little bit made me offended as he was asking about breakfast. I asked him nicely if it was possible to pay tomorrow as i may walk inbfor the breakfast and he was sacarstically pointed out that "the breakfast is for tomorrow, how can you pay tomorrow?". I am quite unpleasantly treated. Thats all thank you

The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, and everything tasted delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the best parts of this stay was the peaceful beach. The atmosphere was calm and soothing — perfect for morning walks and unwinding while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again.
