This is the worst hotel that I had ever stayed. Very poor condition, no WiFi, and poor services. I had to ask for mineral waters, tissue, from the front desks.

Location Service from staff,im complain tv not function but still did't repair. He told me to stay at my room and staff will come to repair,but still make me waiting so long.

truly not satisfied with any 1) PRICE THEY GAVE WAS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I HAVE BOOKED IN THIS BOOKING.COM booked for RM 255.45 but hotel staff doesn't wanna follow the app price and took RM 268.23 from me 2) unclear communication from staff and their poor service 3) the registration was a late process 4) standard double room : doesn't have an aircond remote and the attached aircond wall remote is broken , smelly room , dressing table light not working , feeling hot, the toilet has a bad odor family suite : tv channels blurry can't see anything
