The staff members are very attentive to our needs and they are always right there. The location is near to tourist spots and also an easy place for the Grab drivers to pick up and turn around. The price is very reasonable, and the breakfast was good too. The room was small without a view, but that has been accurately reflected in the price.

Staf friendly and alert about customers. The food provided here is absolutely delicious and suitable for all ages. The hotel is located right by the main road and parking is quite limited, which makes dropping off luggage a bit difficult.

location It was so noisy the whole night. The sound from the cars from the main road, door closing from next doors.

Large, quiet room. Nice breakfast with a variety of options (warm/savory dishes, eggs, some fruit, some cereals, toast) The immediate location isn’t particularly great, as it’s on a busy road with not too many interesting things right there (but you only have to walk 10 min to get to more places)

Strategic location, very clean hotel, near all attractive tourist areas, all the best restaurants (hotspot, 126 restaurant, the Malay Barok village) are within walking distance, affordable price, friendly & very helpful staff none

I liked my room, but if I stayed again I’d ask for an inside room. The city view, street side view, was very very noisy. Ear plugs definitely required if you want to sleep.

Location and cleanliness Our room was facing the main road. Loud sound of motorbikes and cars can be heard our room and disturbing our sleep

I really love the location of this hotel. It’s right in the city center, and if you walk just behind the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, as well as a supermarket and a laundry. There’s also a restaurant right in front of the hotel, so it’s super convenient! On top of that, the room was extremely clean!!!!? None

they have finished renovated parts of their premises and its cozy the room could need a better sound proofing but still good. i can still hear people coughing / turning on the plug next door.

Fair price for what you get Only 1 person at checkout. Waited 10 minutes while he was on the phone. Could have told person on phone to hold. Only took 15 seconds to check me out. Another person was waiting before me. She decided to take a seat. Only took 10 seconds to give her deposit back. Maybe he was talking to the President.

This is a super great stay in downtown Kuching. Easy to get to and from a lot of places. The hotel is a great value, clean, modern, fantastic staff—all around great place. We really couldn’t have asked for more……well except for a pool. This is a near 10 out of 10.
