The location is quite good with a few restaurants nearby. I stayed at the hotel from 15/12/24 to 17/12/24. Upon payment i was charged an additional fee of RM40 which wasn't in the booking.com reservation. According to the front desk staff OYo has offered a lower price that wasn't the hotel's minimum standard price. About the room i don't expect much. The bed sheet a bit smelly & yellowish. No housekeeping. Never to this hotel again.

It’s near to city. The hygiene of the room is very terrible. The bed sheet has many yellow stains including the pillows. Seems like never change. No shower gel no toiletries but a soap was given upon requested. The water flow is not high. No bottle water and have to go lobby to collect water. The price is not same as stated online. I was charge extra rm20 upon arrival as they said it is the minimum charge for the room, the online price is just for reference. The stay was terrible.

bed was two twin beds pushed together, but was still ok lot of problems, some of the outlets did not work, bathroom needs renovation since the tub was warped and did not drain completely very noisy, from the other rooms and from construction of the opposite hotel (not the fault of this hotel), and from the steamboat restaurants in the evening parking lot smells like fish from the restaurants
