We were in Kuching for a conference and stayed here for 5 days. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room had everything we needed, including TV & kettle & nice towels. The room had a window overlooking the street but it was so quiet inside even during noisy traffic times. The location on J. Padungan is fantastic, with all the shops and cafes and bars nearby and a short walk to the riverfront. There is laundry service nearby that delivers to the hotel. We spent a bit of time in the hotel foyer waiting for Grab cars and enjoyed talking with the hotel staff, who were fun & friendly and welcoming. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Location was very good. Bathroom/toilet a little small but clean and well-maintained.

My room was not properly clean. The dust on every corner of the room. The floor when my kids lay down, all their clothes was dusty. Toilet not properly clean which there's a mold on all over the tempered glass separator. The cup its sticky like they not wash them. Yellowish towel like there's no particular standard when to change a new shower towel.

Good location, close to alot nice food and kopitiam. Budget for family to stay. Staff friendly. Limited parking as have to park at public street parking, first come first serve. Hotel room about old design, but no compalint at this price range and location.
