Clean, big room, breakfast, parking, price. Only poslish ( we speak english, german, russian, italian) and could not pay city tax with card.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, instantly making us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean; comfortable beds ensured a good night’s sleep. The property offers on-site parking, which is especially convenient for guests arriving by car. Next time you’re in Kudowa take a look at Willa Diament—you won’t be disappointed. Guests traveling with heavier luggage should note that the building has no elevator. The rooms are also not equipped with air conditioning. During the breakfast service, bread rolls were gone quite early. Still, these are not major drawbacks—just factors to consider when booking your stay.

Great location. Walking distance to the main attractions in the city. Several minutes by car to the many nearby popular towns. Fantastic breakfast. Thin walls did not allow for a restful night sleep. I could hear every word the neighbors spoke. Bathroom was especially noisy when neighbors used theirs bathroom. Same pertains to the front door - thin and not cancelling any corridor noise. I would encourage to provide some means of cooling/heating on demand as this area has very unique micro-enviroment that may need some personal adjustment in the room to feel comfortable.

-absolutely professional and nice staff, whoever I met there was very very nice -very clean, super! -very good breakfasts -not enough sound isolation from reception and stairs, i was bothered by noise making other guests in the house -i had not good bed, it was very narrow and on it added matrace, which was falling down

Very clean rooms, quite extensive breakfast, additional community fridge. Not all personnel spoke english but had a speech translator app ready for use. The loccation is just minutes away from the huge park and city center with a number of good restaurants.

Nice location, beautiful big garden. Very helpful receptionist. Good choice of breakfast. Extra comfortable beds. No air conditioner, only a fan. We knew this when reserving, and would have needed it only the first day. The refrigerator was a big shared one on the corridor. This was strange for me, but it worked.

Prospective visitors should be aware that all communal circulation spaces are hard surfaced, bedrooms too, so there is a lot of noise transmission within the building. It's quite irritating. Need carpets to dampen the noise. The plumbing is also noisy, you can hear when all around you are flushing or refilling toilets.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, because of a very lovely room for one person, (which was not easy to find in Kudowa Zdr.!). All was clean, standard as described, satisfactory breakfast - all was excellent for the price. Location is just perfect, quiet, close to all the town's attractions, site leisure facilities (benches, green area etc.) were a surprise, staff just lovely and VERY helpful. I recommend this place if you look for a safe and in good standard place for reasonable money.

Nice, clean room, smily staff, they helped me to carry my luggage upstairs, excellent breakfasts, nice surrounding, position in quiet street but close to the town centre and park, free parking. Lack of lift but this is historical building
