The breakfast selection is OK The prices are a bit high. There is one small outdoor jacuzzi that is always full.

Free access to the aquapark (indoor and outdoor pools, dry and steam sauna) in the same building. Grill dinner (on Thursday) was very good. There's also (paid) spa on the first floor. Friendly staff. Ample on-site parking. Great location close to the main park. Food is very fatty, few lean options and in general few options to choose from with almost no variety. E.g. Asian dinner (with sushi advertised on the promotional materials) is actually Thai soup and meat in some asian sauce and spring rolls, otherwise it's the same as every other dinner, no sushi. Mexican dinner is tortillas covered with some mayonnaise-based sauce, and some chili con carne swimming in oil, otherwise the same as every other day. No way of tasting Mexican food while avoiding excess fat and grease. I liked the grill dinner on Thursday though. In the müsli section at breakfast there's some granola, dried apricots, seeds and nuts, but no oat flakes which I consider kind of basic and a must-have. Mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste.

Reception and Spa staff are very accommodating and attentive. Breakfast waiting on staff on 29/10 very friendly, especially blond short hair lady ( sorry don't know her name), nothing was too much trouble for her. Nescafe coffee sachets/ no milk Ucomfortable wooden benches in salt grotto.

Kudowa-Zdroje is nice and the hotel is well located. Unfriendly people at the reception, with very limited knowledge of foreign languages (we speak English, French, German and Czech / the hotel is located less than 5 km from the Czech Republic), but also without real will to use something else than Polish). Family rooms under the roof, with only Velux windows and half of the room quite low. Pool's surrounding was very slippery. Pool crowded as opened to the public
