Poor presentation, bred was not fresh, coffee of poor quality, no fresh fruit juices The receptionist was substituted with extremely unpleasant, ruud nurse, who was more then unhappy to see and register us in this please ( I feel sorry for her patients).

The place is mostly a sanatorium with some rooms reserved for non-hospital clients. Though the facilities are old they are well kept and clean. The place was rather quiet and calm, thanks mostly to elderly clientelle. The location is hard to top as you cannot get any closer to the main part of the town. The overall vibe is a breath of a comunistic era. The attitude of the staff was a nostalgic memory of previous regime where clients were treated like a drag.

location was great if you like Kudowa Zdroj Price to what you get, Super old facilities, breakfast was so bad for what we was expecting, people segregation is what i hated there.
