The property is clean. We had good sleep. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a late night flight on the check out date, the staff was willing to give late check out until 4:30pm. None.

The bed is comfortable. No matter how we adjusted the temperature of the air con, the room remained warm. Contacted the receptionist and they said… just draw the curtain … but it didn’t help at all.

I loved my stay here, it has been my favorite hotel in a trip all around China. The room was comfortable, and the location was great - just a few minutes' walk from Tangzixiang station on the airport line, and easy walking distance from the lively central dining and shopping area. The breakfast was large and varied, with obvious attention put into providing local specialities. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially the very friendly English-speaking man who works in the breakfast area, who took special care to make sure that I experienced the most interesting dishes.

location slowest check in ever, I booked twice on same trip and both times check in took more than 25min despite nobody,

Hotel was located very close to the shopping district (about 15 minutes walk to shopping centres). The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests.

Friendly staff that helped us with our luggage and checked in. We got our hotel upgraded automatically. Hotel is walkwable distance to NanQiang street where lots of food can be found there. Room is clean, quiet and peaceful. nothing

City center Overall acceptable except for few un-helpful staff. Had to haggle when i clearly paid for breakfast. Also concierge was unhelpful. just disappeared when we ask for directions, baggage help, basic questions on china payment methods. Room toilet not clean properly. Had urine odor in shower area. Another room had few nails sticking out of carpet flooring.

Location After I booked the hotel, I sent messages asking for pickup service from the airport. No one answered my message until I called ; then after two days, I was told that no driver was available. I arrived at 4pm and I was told that the room was not ready yet; and they couldn’t find my booking; it’s really a mess, which is unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the housekeeping service was not good enough. No one changed or cleaned the wine glass.

Excellent location walking distance main shopping complexes and eateries. Hotel facilities were a bit dated but very functional. All staff at the front desk, room service and concierge were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Would chose yo stay again in future
