Location. Breakfast buffet. Really nice linens on the bed. Attentive staff.

Free breakfast buffet. The head chef made hot chocolate for us every morning she saw me. Slight mold on the sink under the faucet was not addressed completely. The toilet paper roll location is very inconvenient. For the toilet paper I'd recommend a stand or partition at the side of the toilet, not behind it.

Located near the city centre, near the lake, in a quiet place. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, ready to help in solving any questions of guests. Excellent breakfasts with Western and Chinese cuisine.

The hotel is wonderful: great location, spacious de Luxe room with beautiful view. We really enjoyed the evening buffet. The choices of freshly prepared delicacies was breathtaking, be it fish, seafood, Chinese specialties and a great selection of pastries. We also enjoyed the friendly stuff. We will certainly be back.

Clean and very spacious. Extensive breakfast The first two nights we had a club room which was quite ok. Last night we had an executive room, which was very spacious (80m). The living room part however was poorly decorated, as was the little kitchen area.

The staff at the hotel were professional and courteous. They were helpful in explaining the bill and how booking.com confirmation email worked. It was different for each hotel e.g. how the service charge, taxes were displayed -sometimes they are and sometimes they aren’t. Great hotel support for tours and information about what to see in Kunming. The best was the restaurant. A great manager. Very personable. The restaurant was bright and well organized. Great service. The breakfast food was amazing. So much choice - fresh watermelon, orange, kale, grapefruit juices,. Super pastries. Omelettes, congee, duck and so much more. The price was very reasonable. Also had a great seafood dinner buffet… prawns… crab. The restaurant and hotel location were top. Amazing restaurant manager. The bathroom was a bit older, no fan or modern touches. The lobby and parking entrance are a bit run down.
