Big clean room Paper thin walls. Can hear kid screaming next door. Coffee machine in dining room during breakfast does not function properly, too slow for one cup of cappuccino.

1. All the staff, including the front desk, the dining facility, and the cleaning lady, are EXCELLENT. They aim to offer the best customer services. Sunny at the front desk was very enthusiastic to provide the details of the tourist attractions and the transportation options to help me plan out my 5-day visit. 红莲, the service assistant on the 23rd floor, is always pleasant to greet you and very helpful when you need stuff. 2. The location is super CONVENIENT to the train station and to the tour bus parking lot for all day trips. If you could walk 2.5km, the popular Shuangqiao Night Market is a good place for dinner and shopping. If you could ride an electric scooter/moped, Daguan Zhuanxin Farmers' Market (大观篆新农贸市场) and Green Lake Park are about 10 minute away. 3. The rooms are BIG, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Sunny kindly arranged for our two rooms right next to each other. We always look forward to returning to the rooms after a productive and fun day roaming in Kunming. 4. The breakfast -- All varieties of food selections for everyone. The staff constantly refilled the food and drinks. We stuffed ourselves with so much healthy delicious food that we simply skipped lunch. There are multiple Ramada hotels in Kunming. Please be specific on Ramada ENCORE. When my cousin took a Didi ride, the driver took him to a different Ramada hotel.

There are variety of food for breakfast. They are all local dishes. We can have a good meal before the starts of the day for our sight seeing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I have no bad comment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kunming railway station, making it very easy to get around. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was truly enjoyable. Ever since arriving in Yunnan, we’ve been impressed by how fresh and flavorful the local fruits and simple vegetable dishes are, and this hotel’s breakfast reflected that quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only downside was an issue in the surrounding area: there was a strong smell of sewage or garbage near the hotel. We were told that a waste truck had accidentally spilled its contents nearby, which explained the odor. Without that unfortunate incident, our stay would have been a perfect 10/10.

Hotel is great! But airport taxi dropped us at the main road and it was very difficult to drag 3 big luggage to the hotel lobby with no help.

Rooms were extremely spacious, going for projector instead of television. Traditional rice noodles for breakfast. Conveniently located close to train station. Various shops, including a supermarket nearby to serve your needs.

We needed a place to stay for a single night before taking the train from Kunming station the next morning — it was pretty easy to get to via Didi and had a lot of food/restaurants/supermarkets etc. just right downstairs. Check-in was smooth, the room we booked was huge, clean (and no cigarette smoke smell coming from the ventilation!!) and the view was amazing. Very near to Kunming station as well. There are too little lifts; the building services more than just 1 hotel and only 2 lifts were provided for guests, so when we went out early in the morning at 8am we waited about 20 minutes for an emptier lift we could squeeze into, then all the way to the first floor because it stopped at almost every other floor.
