The pool seemed clean but too public The floors are dirty, the toilets don’t work well—the toilet was blocked in the first room we got, they tried to fix it smelled the entire room, they switched to another room which the toilet wouldn’t stop leaking water. The service was bad, I ordered room service and had to cancel it after waiting for 2 hours!!!

hotel was beside a mall with many food options besides shopping. Guest room door had a gap between the door frame at the lower part, possibly due to door hinge at top not holding well. It prevented us from closing the door tight and thus we could see the corridor light from inside the room. We requested for a change of room because of this, and the replacement room seems to have the same problem too, but slightly better. Strange smell in the first room bathroom.

I’m impressed with the high end look and feel of the hotel. Excellent treatment by staff in all of my dealings and conversations (except one time) There should be English instructions for how to turn on TV with the remote control

Good location, nice modern room There was leftover spit from the last customer in the bin next to the toilet that wasn't cleaned. The staff at the reception during my check in was a bit unfriendly as well as the guy on the phone when I called at 21:00 to inform them that I will be checking in that day but delay a bit. For my check out the next day though, it was different staff at the reception and they were all very friendly and helpful.
