Since the branding and ownership change several years back, the Hotel has lost its lustre as a great Hoel for international visitors. It now presents much more in the theme of a reasonable Chinese Hotel. The Executive Lounge has gone and the Happy Hour offering is not the same value as the Executive Lounge priviliges gave to guests, so the exclusive nature and private retreat offered to executive level guests devalues the proposition

We enjoyed our stay at the Paradox! We were on Golden Week holidays and I searched and found reasonable prices for all that they offered. We had access to the nice pool and the gym! We used the gym everyday that we stayed. Also, it was close to nearby malls and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly! The only suggestion that I have to improve the wifi connection. Although, the staff was accommodating with one of those personal wifi plug ins it still didn't connect properly.

The location is very convenient and close to metro. The service was wonderful, especially David and Nora, who provided a great service with booking, also other people who helped us. Due to long stay in hotel, they also provided breakfast for few days without cost. Thank you again here for your great service. Definitely I will book again once back here.

Cleaning staff and room service very gentle. Good position, good gym and pool Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very bad. (was sick after eating there) I had to leave at 8.30p.m... After charging for late chack out, they also wanted to charge me again for couple of hours more..

Hotel is always great. David on the front desk was very helpful during check out / holding my bags for a few hours. Pool/Spa facilities are v good The service in the bar and grill restaurant is quite poor and has been each time i've stayed. It's slow despite being nearly empty every evening

Breakfast was nice. Big selection of food. Rooms are spaceous and cleen. Staff is friendly, speaking decent english. Food quality in 1st floor restaurant was very, very good. Unexperience waiters could not spoil quality of food. Area of swimming pool, locker room was quite worn out. Locker rooms are smelly. Tried to go to sauna, but all surroundings sreamed for me - don't go. For local people itseemed no problem, but for it was no go. Left immediately and never came back at my 1 week stay peruot. Staff in 1st floor restaurant seemed working first week. Completely unexperienced.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. Breakfast buffet is huge but not that good with the exception of very good noodles/wonton soup.
