A new facility. Clean and comfortable. The dining area was a little crowded and the buffet line was confusing.

Great value when compared with other hotels with similar offerings. Everything was nice and clean. Extensive hot breakfast. It's so far away from the "downtown" action near the canals.

Location is good with supermarket and entertainment center nearby, water dispenser and free drinks available. Room facilities are good. The confirmation email mentioned extra bed can be arranged for children aged under 18. I have 6 people (4 adult and 2 children) but only 2 double beds with 4 pillows were given. When I requested extra bed for children I was asked to pay 2500 yen per night per room. If I know this beforehand, I would rather choose airbnb. Parking space is not enough, but they can let you use the car park of the entertainment center.

Modern facilities breakfast included. Free parking in front. Focussed on convenience. Friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel when you make a stop on your car trip. Close to the highway ICT. Less suitable without a car. No locker for valuables in the room. Everything else that you expect is available, such as water cooker, coin laundry, etc.
