was only there for one night so can't comment too much. the food was great and comfortable rooms kids club was closed, had booked adjoining rooms but they weren't, they were next to each other which was still fine but with young kids would have preferred adjoining - this might not have been an issue with the hotel tho and instead the booking. Photos look a fair amount better that the hotel itself but still a great stay

We also fond to Mr Komang the driver who pick us up from the airport, he is very kind and polite and suggest nice restaurant nearby for us, which fortunately was a good catch, my son love the ayam betutu so much that he kept mentioned it during our travel. We also pleased with most of the staff, from the kitchen, the barista, the room.service delivery, room.maintenance officer, whose names were unfortunately we forgot to ask. Thank you, mbok and bli for being such a nice host. The bathroom floor does not a nice drainage design, whenever we shower the water runs outside the shower box eventhough the door has already been close. There is also an insident which we found really dissapointing relating to.guest housekeeping request but I rarely expossed here. I hope the management reads this review well and seek for the history themselves for their improvement.

Shuttle only runs twice a day, didn’t see that when booking as it just said add shuttle service to airport, food option for dinner had three options. The bbq they had looked much better so didn’t eat the dinner I paid for instead paid $6 for the bbq. Breakfast I paid for also but didn’t end up eating it as I ordered food to room. Suggestion don’t pay for the bundle. Overall very clean comfy and Greta place to stay

I like the huge pool. Huge bed Check in time is strictly 3:00pm. I came around 10-11am i was in the lobby till 2:57pm. I asked if the room is already available. I guess they only waited for me to go back again.

Only the kindness of the staff, they were super friendly and nice, but the hotel is not clean and the food is not good at all with limited variety

First time stayed in Anathera. The location is close to Airport. Friendly staffs and comfort room. Easy to find online taxi. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for the memories.

Breakfast was magnificent, room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was great.

The air conditioner in the first room stopped working and maintenance reset the circuit breaker to get it going again, but it then started leaking from the ceiling soon after. We were promptly moved to a new room so everything worked out well.

Towels had a tint of black hue. The air conditioner made noises and it kept my child up at night. The rooms are not sound proof we were woken up by people talking in the corridors.

Convenient for a quick overnight stay. Airconditioning problems. We had them look at it, but it could not be fixed. Very warm in the room.
