Good location. It's in Kuta and walking distance from the Kuta beach, cafes and restaurants, and the mall. Have to walk too far in the small alley and it's hard if you have to drag a big luggage

The breakfast was really nice. The location was a bonus - just walking 3 minutes to the beach. The Beachwalk Mall is also located just close by. Nothing that we remember.

The staff were very friendly, Putri was great and her English is really good too. The pool is in the sun most of the day, due to no high surrounding buildings and the peace and quiet within Casa Wina is great due to its location, albeit being a quick few minutes stroll to the main drag of the beach. Shower pressure was pretty good too. Out of Casa Wina's control was the intermittent wifi issues during the evening, staff told us there was a network issue. The padding on the sun lounges were very old, some had mould spots and torn and most being soiled from years of use. The drainage in the shower could have been better, so as not to be standing is a puddle by showers end. These are all small issues, some of which we found to be the same in other hotels we stayed in.

It’s obligatory to get there in a car or bike, it’s too far away from the main street to go there by walking. The bathroom had an issue with the shower (it was solved) and the sink is not correct positioned, is not possible to open the water correctly. In my reservation I asked for a 1 bed room and they putted two beds together and it was pretty uncomfortable.

Good air conditioning It’s falling a part door to cabinet coming of the hinges the fridge didn’t have any shelves broken stain on the sheets. Couldn’t hardly close the main door and lock it didn’t even have a metal stopper for the dead bolt lock. Bad location had to walk in a very dark alley for a long ways before getting into the property from the main road. So many things definitely not our choice to stay there we made a mistake booking and we couldn’t get a refund so we knew we were coming back to Bali so since we didn’t get a refund we asked if we could change the date they accepted it but jack the price up. We were book for 3 nights ended up staying 1 night and walked away from the paid rental for the next 2 nights stay away not very nice

Location is great, a big mall in a few minutes away. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, provides towels at the pool, drinking water refills daily. There is a restaurant at the area and we never stayed hungry or thirsty while raining or lazy to go out. Nothing

The staff was amazing especially JJ who always had a warm smile and always ready to welcome you and to help in any way. the shower had a drainage problem so that was the bit they would need to improve

great location just next to the beach, mall and restaurants shower had a bit of a drainage issue , they could also use new towels for guests as the ones they had were really worn out and over used.

The location is good, near Beachwalk and also Kuta Beach The restaurant is small, but it’s ok because I have breakfast at 7am and still quite.

This hotel is very comfortable if you like peace and quiet, the staff is friendly, and it's close to the mall and the beach.
