Summer Homestay Bali

I had a wonderful 5 night stay here and would happily return. The room is adorable, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need - hot water, air conditioning, a fan, a desk and floor-to-ceiling windows. The doors can be opened to the lush property filled with tropical plants, and beautifully maintained. Komang is a very welcoming and friendly host, and cleaned my room and made my bed every day. She was very responsive, and an issue I had with the shower was resolved in minutes. I was greeted by their friendly cat and dog every time I arrived to the property. A few ants are to be expected in this tropical setting, but they weren’t an issue. I recommend having a scooter, as there aren’t sidewalks, though great restaurants and a fitness gym are just minutes away. I absolutely loved my stay, it was so clean and homey - 10/10.

The house is comfortable, the bathroom was fine, but their strength is definitely the service. The woman owning the place very kind, responsive and really tried making us feel comfortable! The aircon is pointing towards the bed which forces to turn off during the night, and the showerhead not so nice.. could use some renewel

Most lovely people, very friendly and genuinely helpful. Laundry, ironing, scooter, amazing smoothiebowl for breakfast and meals on request. Also company of Mia and Bobo (pets) was lovely. Quiet at night! With kitchen to make your own food if you must, but a very very nice Warung is just 3 min. walk. Nothing really

* Two lovely pets, Mia the cat & Bobo the dog * A kitchen with free drinking water * Good breakfast The communication with the hosts + that you are just thrown out on the street even though you got a booking confirmation. Promises made to us were kept only after we asked dozens of times. At the beginning we were happy with the stay, so we wanted to extend, gave notice over a week in advance, from which we got a confirmation that the room was booked for us. Afterwards, we received a message that other guests after our booking, had booked the room (longer than us) and our booking was cancelled as a result. They lied to us as they preferred people staying longer than our booking and tried to brush this off with an "overbooking". So we suddenly found ourselves without an overnight stay. We took breakfast and lunch from them just about every day and rented scooters from them, so they definitely earned extra from us. Apparently, this is not the first time people have just been thrown out on the street, as I read in the reviews here that it has happened before. Beware as they may just place a booking before yours. Besides the location is far away from Uluwatu or Nusa Dua. Some beaches are close, but you need a motorcycle for everything.

Beautiful private balcony. Friendly hosts. I showed up at midnight and they were kind. Nice kitchen in a jungle setting. Unfortunately I didn’t know how to lock the door from inside - a little tricky.

The breakfast was amazing. the communication with the owner was really easy. he helped us with a scooter as well. spent only 2 nights but we enjoyed it. -

Spacious room, clean and welcoming. The property was beautiful as well with lots of greenery and the sweetest dog. The family was so lovely and helped store our bags for the day after check out. Would stay again :)

The staff is very friendly and willing to assist at any time. The room is above expectation. An absolute plus is the possibility to eat from a menu. The dishes are very good!

- We did not stay there. The owner told us in the morning when we were supposed to check-in that the rooms booked long time ago are not available!!! We were 2 families with 3 kids and we were left without accommodation. Lucky for us that we had internet otherwise we would have arrived late in the evening to discover that we have no rooms!!!

We loved the hosts. They are a super friendly couple, understanding, attentive and concerned to satisfy their customers. The place was clean and we had access to everything we needed. We felt right at home. Their two pets are very cute and affectionate. The only downside is that the bathroom isn't huge and the bed was a bit hard.

Amazing hospitable host, the best breakfast ever that we had in our month travel around Bali and the islands around! Absolutely delicious meals! The room was cleaned every day, the bed was made every day! Thank you Komang for everything!
