We were right in front of the swimming pool area. Fantastic view Breakfast was a buffet brekky daily, with so much choice it was fantastic and staff were always welcoming and smiling Great location, shops at your doorstep and also great restaurants within walking distance There was nothing I did not like

Good breakfast, dinner was just ok for the price. Clean and spacious room, air con was freezing. Friendly and helpful staff. With breakkie included makes it good value for money. Would class this as a budget 5 star hotel. Not too bad but nothing special.

The hotel and facilities were really lovely! Get heaps of great sun in good positions around the pool! Gym was small but great equipment, very clean everywhere was very clean! Great location a one minute walk to the beach and great coffee spots close by if you dont get the breakfast which we didnt

Great location - close to the beach, shops and many eateries nearby The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Good variety of breakfast items. The hotel presented me a small cake / swan towel for my birthday - it was a thoughtful and pleasant surprise! It would be good if there are maps / recommendations of good food/shopping put up at the hotel.

Hotel location is great. Staff are great and very accommodating of any requests, nothing is ever too hard for them. Our booking was for a pool view room, and initial room allocated had a rather limited view of the pool. We asked to be moved but limited availability. The next day Yuli was kind enough to check again and was able to move us. My sister was celebrating her birthday and the guest experience team left a nice surprise of cake for her - a nice touch indeed. None

The location of the hotel is great - very close to the beach. The front office staff is good but very much by the book so sometimes it is hard for them to really understand if there is an issue you are facing. All the rooms in the front side of the hotel are opposite a construction site with no views. They do not specify this during the booking. You only receive an email about it a day before you are meant to check in. When you book the non refundable room, there is no way you can cancel it and hence you are stuck. We booked two rooms - both of them were opposite this construction site. Despite being a repeat customer and hotel not being fully booked, we were not moved to a better room. When last day we wanted to extend our check out because of late night flight, we were first asked to pay 1.2m (we had agreed to pay) but only when we mentioned about this issue, we were given a complimentary check out. Something to keep in mind before you make a booking here.

Breakfast had many options and was clean area which is nice change for a buffet We only stayed here for the last part of our trip in hindsight we should if stayed here for the first part also, Even though it was slightly more expensive its worth it for the cleanliness and staff and food

We stayed here on our final night in Bali to be back closer to the airport. The hotel is located right near the beach and the beachside restaurants which made it a great place to walk from and explore the area.

Overall, the hotel is good and has everything you need. There is also parking available, which is convenient if you’re traveling by bike. The staff are very polite and always ready to help. On the day of arrival, they even allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated—many thanks to the team for that. The room is well-equipped: there’s a separate bathtub where you can relax (even with bath salts), a separate shower, and a toilet. Both hot and cold water work perfectly. The bathroom is spacious, and the room itself is also quite large. The only downsides I noticed were that the lobby is quite dark, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, and occasionally there were ants in the room and on the bed. Additionally, the bed linen needs better attention, as there were some stains and signs of dirt, which was disappointing.

Staff is awesome There is a big fusty 4 floor building at the front of the hotel. It doesn’t look nice.
