Cute and sofisticated with modern balinese style. Can hear beautiful Live instruments music in the building from the lobby. Never hear the noise of traffic even its located in the middle of the town. The property is not big but spacious and airy. Beautiful restaurant and complimentary afternoon tea service. Well-organized room and a patio with a daybed. I really love this little gem. A few min walk from main street is a bit dark at night. Rooms otherwise of the lobby building seem too bright by afternoon sun light. I've heard some people's screaming from a Waterpark nearby till 5pm.

affordable, big rooms, well layed out. Common area are big and there is enough space for having calls. breakfast is amazing. musing at dinner is nice. We stayed at both Amnaya Nusa Dua and Kuta. And definitely the one in Nusa Dua is more authentic, comfy and intimate. This Amnaya is very BIG, quite industrial but that's probably how hotels are in Kuta. Please stop switching on the TV automatically when we enter the room... Also the food at the restaurant seemed less tasty than at Nusa Dua. The Rendang in Nusa dua is the best I have tried in all Bali. The one in Kuta was dry. The biggest issue we had was that the restaurant is VERY slow despite the number of staff. And it was not even a busy day, only 10% of the tables were occupied.

Breakfast menu was great, plenty to choose from and great quality of food. Gym was good compared to other accommodation options we have stayed at. Pool in shade most of the day. Close to mall and Kuta beach. Great location for shopping as well.

We stayed here after a long trip to Bali just to get some rest before exploring the island, and it was definitely a great choice - staying at the Amnaya resort. Very clean, quiet (one of us is sensitive to noise, and even for her it was really good!), good mattress (firm, back relaxed during the night), enough drinking water in the room (included in the price), and the most friendly people are working here. The breakfast was incredible, with a good choice; afternoon tea is highly recommended, local sweets are a must try. Dinner is not included, but the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and has a good selection, so we had all our meals there without leaving the resort ? and will do the same next time we stay here :) And special THANKS to our room keeper Yogi, he kept the room spotlessly clean and tidy. You come back to your room and everything is fine, he made our stay even better! :) Hangers for towels would make rooms even better

Good location, about 4 minutes scooter ride from Kata Beach. Big rooms, great pool for laps or fun. A good experience.

Nice hotel and great restaurant. Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to discovery mall which had many stores, great location overall. Housecleaning was very very noisy and didnt seem to care about it.
