Breakfast was incredible, Kids loved the Kids club activities each day. We also had a slight First Aid incident with my son and the reception staff were an incredible help.

Rooms were good size, bed comfy, breakfast nice. Too many kids near swim up bar, parents take the swim up bar stools and their kids swim around them. There is a whole kids swimming area for them. Stayed 6 nights and couldn't get near the swim up bar. Each morning very early had kids screaming running around near room on 3rd level.

Breakfast, having two areas for breakfast was amazing! Different options and always availability! No wait times and super friendly staff! Pool area, such a nice spot that I felt comfortable and safe with the kids there. Not too big and not too small, different areas for the kids Not much, was a fantastic place and wish we had stayed longer!

- Room was clean and beds comfortable - staff friendly in the Italian restaurant - close to airport (good if you have an early am flight like us) Our first room (183) on the ground floor had a foul smell. Fortunately, they relocated us to a better-quality room on the other side of the resort. We had booked a kids’ suit because no other room was available, and I don’t understand why we paid a premium for an Xbox that we didn’t use. I was frustrated after seeing cheaper rooms available on their website and booking.com that were not available when I booked a few days prior. we would have preferred another room since we didn’t believe the price of the kids suits and value of the property justified the price we paid (more than Movenpick or Paradisus!). Breakfast was busy and made us feel uneasy with the chaos and loudness and food just doesn’t look great. The pool was crowded, and the overall atmosphere of the resort felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. The kids’ club had a TV, and our kids were watching cartoons when we picked them up before lunch. Overall can’t recommend this hotel.

We love that it’s kid friendly and appealing for adults as well. The food and all the activities to do. I saw a roach, in the ice cream. When I was buying a cake for my son’s birthday. But I did not want to complain.

While the rooms were slightly dated in decor, they were very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beds were cosy and housekeeping did a great job each day. The kids loved the towel oragami left on our bed each day!

Full resort with plenty of facilities and many choices. Enjoyed the spa and pool and photoshoot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room had a weird smell when we first entered, and the furniture is dated. Resort is near the beach but the beach is undergoing reconstruction, so we have to walk more than 500m north in order to surf. Walking outside the resort, there are limited food options and 2 sterile malls that are nearby. Received a scam message about my reservation prior to arriving the day before, so the booking process is not secure.
