It’s the worst accommodation ever!! We stayed in 5 different guest houses in Bali, but this was the worst. The bed sheets and duvets were not clean, staff were unfriendly unlike any other place we went. The bathroom was dirty and i asked for clean towels, but no one answers me. There was not housekeeping service, and when i complained from all these things they told me okay you can cancel your booking and the money i paid is nonrefundable.

Not possible for a day stay over and morning check-in for day transit. Good if you're staying overnight for a morning flight though.

Air conditioning didn't work, no hot water at night, sprayer for bidet leaked all over the place so we couldn't use it, tiny little ants all over the bed,everywhere

Our flight arrived after midnight and it was an easy 15-minute walk to the hotel following Google Maps. The room was very clean, the AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Walking distance from airport, lovely pool, room was nice They have several birds locked in tiny cages around the courtyard. Please stop this animal abuse, I don't care if it's a cultural thing those birds should not be kept like that it's cruel and disgusting to see. The poor birds were flapping around the cages going crazy, bored to death and unable to fly freely at all. Marking review down for poor animal treatment. Room smelt a bit muggy.

The staff were very welcoming. The pool is in a gorgeous serene garden setting. The room is well-appointed.

Dirty bed sheet and room. The trim wasn’t clean , ladies hair in the shower. noisy and leaking a/c , you can hear every take off. For the same money there are Hilton and 5 star nearby. Disappointed

Clean, comfortable bed, good internet and close to airport. Very friendly staff and airport pick up organised through hotel was very smooth and good value. Lovely courtyard and pool area directly accessible from rooms!

Really close to the airport. Staff managed all the transportation. Staff waiting at 2am for me to check in. Easy communication thru WhatsApp.
