We loved everything about this location. It was first class service from arrival to departure. The staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we loved the Balinese dishes and desserts. They do have other options for everyone needs. Great omelette station made to order. Fresh juice and fruits, danishes, bread etc.. the dining area open air with gorgeous views. The rooms were clean, spacious, clean and beautiful.. I’d rate this property 110%. The Location was in the heart of town, many eating, shopping and best of all many spas and massage places to choose from. We tried a different spa everyday and none was disappointing. Monkey forest is a quick 10 minute walk. We loved tea time everyday from 4-5 pm, you must try. At the pool, small snacks and simple drinks were offered for free. There’s a charge for alcohol drinks. It was a very nice touch to have at the pool. Nothing I didn’t like.

Very quiet,comfy bed,nice staff and good location The pool open only up to 7.30 pm.its supposed to open even till 8.00 pm.

Great stay Very generously sized room with a wonderful outdoor shower. Everything worked well. The staff were more than helpful. The property was large and well-maintained. Nice pools Breakfast was a little limited

Booked room due to cancelling another property, seamless booking, checkin and information supplied. Not there long enough to use pools extra, but all looked in good condition. Rains came during night, but staff out early cleaning property. No time to draw conclusions due to shortness of stay

I always stay at Kuta Puri great location great breakfast close to the mall the beach and various restaurants and shops. It’s little paradise tucked way in the middle of Kuta.

Great location. Very good breakfast. Large room in quiet garden setting. A/C was under powered. Construction noise fro 7 to 5pm

Location Didn’t like the room, asked for upgrade at extra payment. The room was upstairs and stairs were steep to climb. Staff was not very forthcoming for help when asked questions about nearby attractions and what to do nearby as we were very new to area.
