Ramayana Suites & Resort

Overall a fantastic resort. We only stayed 1 night as it was a holding place until we caught a flight, but would have loved to stay longer. Resort is beautiful, seafood banquet in attached resturant was amazing. Bed awesome. Shower hot. Did not use the pool or pool bar but wished we did. Nothing.

The staff, the pool area and the rooms are amazing Not able to stay longer and not able to book on our return - fully booked!

Great location near waterbomb park and the huge shopping mall. The lagoon pool with all its shade was a delight and the grandkids loved it. The outside bar and food availability was a dream too. We had inter connecting rooms including a lounge area and 3 balconies, perfect. Brekkie each morning was also superb with such an array of choices for healthy, vegan and plain eaters. The front desk staff we exceptional and knowledgeable, helping us locate a lost phone. With 3 adults (none of them in relationship with anyone being nanny, daddy and mummy who are separated. The deluxe suite and interconnecting room were not quite right. We needed the middle lounge area to be able to be used as a bed each night.

The Location is great if you want to be right in the heart of Kuta/Denpasar and not far from the airport, staff was very warm and hospitable. Welcome drinks and rice crepes were a nice touch. The Room itself was spacious. Rooms in general seemed dated - overall staff were very polite but had to ask a few times for water bottles or the washing basin drain got choked - minor irritants etc. I was only spending a few hours and could do without having to follow up on these things. The towels etc seemed subpar - like i said the little things need work

Staff were SO KinD. THEY MADE A PERFECT STAY EVEN BETTER Location is excellent. It’s the only place I would stay in BALI Everything was perfect

I felt treated like some special, hotel has everything you need and the breakfast is delicious with various options!

Some staff were very friendly and welcoming Urine, Blood, Electric Shock & 4 Room Changes — Our “5 Star” Bali Nightmare We stayed at Ramayana Suites & Resort for 11 nights expecting a 5-star experience, but unfortunately our stay was one issue after another from the moment we arrived. We were moved rooms four separate times due to serious problems including excessive noise, a leaking roof where my child slipped and hit his head, and most concerning of all, a room containing urine in the bed and a significant amount of visible blood throughout the room. What made this even worse was that my family had already laid in the bed before realising it was soaked with urine. We immediately reported this to staff and were extremely distressed by the situation. No guest should ever experience this in a hotel. To make matters worse, my partner also received an electric shock from an exposed wire inside the top cupboard of one of the rooms, which was extremely concerning from a safety perspective. Another major disappointment was that the hotel’s online photos and advertising heavily showcase the newer renovated section of the resort, creating the impression that this reflects the overall standard of the property, however we were initially placed in the much older side of the resort which felt closer to a 2-star standard than the 5-star experience being marketed. While the hotel eventually upgraded us for the final few nights, the overall experience was incredibly disruptive and far below what we expected for an $1800 stay. Packing and moving rooms repeatedly with a family completely ruined the ability to relax and enjoy our holiday. What disappointed us further was the response afterward. Despite the seriousness of the hygiene and safety concerns, the hotel denied responsibility and refused any meaningful refund. I also want to mention my disappointment with Booking.com.

Everything was great. Above and beyond. 10/10 Customer Service. Nothing that comes to mind.

Location was great, 2 mins walk to beach. Onsite restaurants and pool were amazing. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved everything.

Location I had paid reservations but my flight was canceled and arrived the next day and was charged for the previous night but had to wait for me to be checked in for my room which would be the second night of my reservation

Some parts of the room were shabby, but nothing too bad.

The location is handy to the airport for easy transfers and close to the main Kuta vibes. Restaurant facilities are excellent and the staff were very helpful when sorting rooms close to family with us.

It’s definitely not a 5 stars hotel, more like 3 stars. Thankfully we only stayed for one night, there was a lot of noise coming from the hall.

Breakfast was delightful and great healthy options. Hot food was hot, cold foods were cold. Staff was Amazing and attentive N/A
