Overall, the hotel has several positive aspects. The location was very convenient for my meeting venue, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Despite being located near a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to enjoy a good quality sleep. In summary, the hotel provides comfortable accommodation, helpful staff, a strategic location, and a peaceful atmosphere for rest. With some improvements in room freshness and especially the quality and consistency of the food, I believe the guest experience could become much better. Thank you to the team for their hospitality, and I wish the hotel continued success. Upon entering the room, however, there was a noticeable musty smell. It may have been caused by limited ventilation or linen stored in a humid environment. It was not a major issue, but it did affect the first impression of the room. After a long day attending the event, my sister and I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant for convenience. Unfortunately, both the food and drinks took quite a long time to arrive, even though there were very few guests dining at the time. When the food finally arrived, the taste did not meet our expectations. Considering the reputation of the Swiss-Belhotel brand, I believe there is room for improvement in both food quality and kitchen efficiency. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, which was appreciated. However, similar to dinner, the overall taste of the dishes was somewhat disappointing from my personal perspective.

Breakfast was really good, offering a large selection of food. A lovely hotel overall. The area has limited tourist attractions.

The hotel was very disappointing and far from expectations. The room had an unpleasant smell, was not clean, and the facilities were poorly maintained. The bathroom was unhygienic, and the gym was the worst part — with broken equipment, poor ventilation, and a bad odor. Even the breakfast did not meet expectations.

The room is quite spacious. Although the interior and equipment in the room are a bit old, it is still comfortable, especially the bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, matching its price. No fridge at my room

Comfortable room with a bath. Good location on sunset road. Tried the food in the evening in the restaurant was good. Had breakfast but was dissapointed with the choice of foods and the coffee was not great.. The gym had 2 running machines both broken .. There was no fridge in the room also
