Very roomy, clean and very comfortable. Traffic noise was loud but got use too it. Rooms very big and comfortable, pool was beautiful. Staff were fantastic, very friendly, happy and very willing to help with anything.

The location was nice, out of the chaos of seminyak but still close enough to go into if you wanted to. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked every morning. The pool needed to be cleaned more.

We like the spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Our shower had no hot water and staff were quick to attend and have this fixed. Complex felt safe, security on site 24/7. Pool needs some maintenance as tiles have years worth of grime in the tiles. Cleaning was good however we asked staff to come back to finish cleaning in 1/2 an hour when baby woke from nap but they never returned and we had to call to ask for clean to be completed.
