Tv remote wasn't sure if it worked sometimes

- Upon our (late) arrival, the Night Desk Clerk was not very helpful, even rude, as if we were interrupting his sleep or something. - Room is old and dated, repair work visible on walls, the plumbing in the bathroom was suspect (maintenance man came into our room several times while we were there) - Pool closing at 6pm was annoying, would've liked an evening swim after the day's festivities and dinner, etc. were done.

It was a good decent property and walkable distance from Kuta Centre. Location is very inside Kuta and for the first timers it will be confusing negotiating the lanes of Kuta.

Location is a big plus point, rooms and pool was clean. Staff was helpful. Furnitures were bit old, and tea kettle should be provided in rooms.

I changed my booking just one minute after making it, from the 22nd to the 25th of April, using Booking.com. However, the property didn’t respond to that change, and Booking.com advised me to contact the property directly. I did so, and they confirmed the change by email. When I arrived for check-in on the 25th, the person at the reception said my name wasn’t on the check-in list and refused to check me in unless I paid again. Despite showing him the booking confirmation and the email exchange, he was completely unwilling to understand or assist. His English was very limited, so I used ChatGPT to translate everything clearly for him. Still, he was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to offer any solutions. It felt like talking to a brick wall. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly contacting the hotel to request a refund, but they’ve been ignoring all of my emails for over a month. I also had a look around the property while I was there, and it was not well maintained it seemed generally unclean

Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Long time Bali traveller, been to MANY budget hotels and this place was absolutely disgusting !! No clean linen or towels the entire 2 weeks, no toiletries as advertised, mould caked on bathroom tiles, shower didn't even work and thick body grease and mould on bath, aircon stank of mould. Power constantly tripping when lights turned on. Vanity wood was rotten. Toilet was consistently dripping on bathroom floor. Staff we NOT friendly. Pool had naked child and number 2 floaters in it. Community kettle use only. At no point was I made to feel welcome, I was berated each time my room lost power because I turned on a light. My garden view room was a construction site. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS !!!

Location is ideal, breakfast was good. Its good for a quick stay. The rooms could use a bit of updating, paint and new things and better mirrors.

This place is VERY budget. My toilet didn't flush, no safe, no fridge, no bathroom light, no toiletries, stank of mould, no toilet paper, were the bed sheets even changed? I arrived very late at night and upon check-in, had to find my own room (no escort to my room) made a complaint in morning to desk clerk (if you can call it that) and he was very unhelpful. Eventually got moved to a different room. New room was just as dirty and pillows were caked in mould but at least the toilet flushed !! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Some declared facility in your mail it's not provided by hotels. Like electric kettle for hot water microwave shop shampoo and many other things which is very important to all travelers .

Very central location yet still quiet area! Pool was very nice and beds are comfortable.

Nothing it was horrible it was filthy Nothing I only lasted 1 night there and was supposed to stay for 8 nights it was terrible it was a disgraceful
