Beautiful place, even nicer in person than on pictures. Staff was very attentive and pleasant.

The location is very remote so if you are looking for peace and tranquillity it’s great but if you want many options it’s very limited. It’s a beautiful place and the staff was amazing. It’s very remote not many options on site to do things

Very tastefully decorated and spacious. However, if someone requires a dark room to sleep in, you won’t find it here so bring an eye mask. The staff were lovely and extremely polite and helpful. They allowed an early check-in as it was so quiet. We practically had the entire space to ourselves. There were only 9 rooms at this hotel so very boutique style stay. The breakfast menu was limited to a handful of options. We had paid for breakfast as part of the room booking not realizing that we are limited to 1 item per person (vs. a buffet style option). There was not a single TV on this premises which would have been a nice option on those rainy days when we were unable to venture out.

The Aesthetics, the while bohemian like vibe - it felt super unique yet cozy! The Jacuzzi and Pool were super cool, spacious and well lit rooms, great for photos - very instagrammable! Friendly and swiftly responding staff! Some snacks in the minibar were expired few months ago. The water supply was not stable and we had to complain twice to them to fix it. Breakfast options were too simple and limited. Not a deal breaker, but would expect small details like this to be rectified when booking a property at this price point!

The breakfast was delicious, the environment was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. It’s perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying a holiday at the hotel. The location is a bit remote, and there aren’t many restaurants nearby. My room had a semi-open bathroom and shower area, which may offer less privacy for some guests.

The design, how calm it was. The pool should be cleaned each morning. Always leaves and debris in it. Just a quick scoop up would be nice. The toilets being on a septic tank system is such a shame. I spent the whole time worried I would get food poisoning and break the system. It would be the reason I would stay elsewhere as I’m too western to enjoy using the hose instead of paper.

Staff were amazing! Such a beautiful place to stay pool, room, everything was lovely and clean! Location was good little bit out of the main hustle and bustle of Canggu but you can hire a scooter directly from them and it's only about 10 min into the busy part of canguu. Bed was super comfy too! The breakfast was average but everything else was awesome!

Clean maintained well, super friendly and helpful and great breakfast As is the case in Bali sometimes crawly things or small animals live in the roof- however we think there was a something larger in the roof as it woke us up while it attacking another animal. There was a lot of banging and we heard another animal whimpering. Hard to know what the animals were but they were large enough to bang on the roof very loudly wake us. May need looking into getting them out of the roof

This hotel has a stylish and interesting design, which makes it quite unique. However, the condition of the facilities leaves much to be desired. ??♂️ The rooms are in poor condition: the paint is peeling, the faucets are not working properly, and everything feels hastily done, as if the repairs were done carelessly. There are ongoing construction works, which are also of low quality and add to the discomfort. Upon arrival, the bedding had stains and smelled of dampness and mildew. This was quite unpleasant and not what one would expect.

Overall great place to stay - staff are very helpful, pool is nice and vibe overall feels nice, safe and secluded. Location is abit further out from the action (will take you 10mins on bike to get to places depending on traffic).

I am incredibly disappointed and concerned following my recent stay at this hotel. The photos online are misleading—clearly edited to make the property appear much newer and nicer than it actually is. However, that was the least of our issues. At 3:30 a.m., I woke up to a terrifying experience: a man walking around outside our room, which had floor-to-ceiling windows, using his iPhone flashlight to shine directly into our space. The light hit our faces, and it was clear he was intentionally looking into our room. When I shouted, “What do you want?” he immediately ran off. The experience left us shaken, and we were too terrified to sleep until staff arrived at 7 a.m. When we reported the incident, we were told it was “hotel security conducting checks,” which was obviously untrue. Security does not shine lights into sleeping guests’ rooms and then flee when confronted. Despite the severity of the incident, we were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, the manager offered us a mimosa as compensation—completely inappropriate given the circumstances. We felt unsafe and left immediately, unwilling to stay another night. I am deeply concerned for the safety of other guests and urge the hotel to take security more seriously. This experience was not only disappointing but also incredibly unsettling. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
