Such a wonderful stay! The rooms are huge, clean, and beautiful. My favorite part was the private patio, which was perfect for morning meditation and journaling. The property is tucked away from the busy main street so it’s incredibly quiet, but still only a 3-5 minute drive from everything in Kuta. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. A perfect little retreat! PS. You do need a moto to get around. There is no grab or gojeks in Kuta but the property has scooters available to rent! The internet wasn't amazing - as I was working remotely, so I used my unlimited data roaming eSIM most of the time, which worked great.

No good coffee. I know it's a detail but that would have been the icing on the cake.

The Kebon Lombok offers spacious, comfortable bungalow-style rooms in a lovely, immaculately groomed garden setting with two swimming pools and a hearty, delicious breakfast (2 eggs, toast, and lightly sautéed veggies plus a big portion of fresh cut fruit, fresh-made fruit juice and Lombok coffee delivered to your room or private patio). It is located about 0.3 km from the noisy, crowded main tourist/commercial road — an easy walk on a paved cut-through — and just off the main road leading to many of the best nearby beaches and coastal highlights. Tanjung Aan, Seger Beach, Merese, the Mandalika race track, etc are just a few km away and being able to jump on the main (4 lane, divided, low traffic) road was a confidence builder for me as both a newbie to motor scooters and to driving on the left side. I was even able to rent my scooter on site. (Easy peasy!) So I'd call the location ideal! The staff, led by the very capable property manager Julian, is super friendly and attentive. I felt very much at home and genuinely enjoyed interacting with everyone. Oh, and the price is great! What a bargain. It is what booking.com calls a 3 Star hotel and that's accurate. I stayed 14 nights and would return without hesitation.

Large rooms, clean. Lovely staff and really helpful. Neat gardens and pool area. Fun for kids. Plenty of scooter parking. Reception & waring (cafe) was a metal shack. Half the hotel is still a building site. Coconuts on the trees around the pool needed a trim for safety. The whole facility needed some soul. From room decoration, gardens, the layout. Rooms were bare. Charging premium price with sub-par facility, no bar or real restaurant/social area. We left feeling we hadn’t stated at a hotel, but clean serviced apartmemts.

Please try the Falafelicious, just delicious) that we called “Susu”. They made our life so easy, being always available and with a smile every time we were talking to them. We strongly recommend the Kebon. If we come.m back to Kuta, this will be our place to stay, no doubt!

Everything about this place was 10/10. The staff are the best people ever!! SO kind and SO helpful. The facilities are very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable! The bed was very comfy and air con 10/10. Perfect location and the breakfast every morning is delicious. Try the banana pancakes. There’s no where else I will stay coming to Lombok. This place made our experience wonderful! Nothing!

I had a wonderful one week stay this very nice location. Julian and his Team supported me pretty well and make me feel really thankful. Highly recommend place for a short or long term stay at Kuta!

Booked for 7 nights, ended up staying one month. Staff is the friendliest, the property is super light and open (and we’ve checked out various other places before in person, all darkish), accessibility is super good, clean pool, enough sunbeds, breakfast included and there’s a certain serenity around the property. Loved it! After one month of staying, we would improve: mosquito nets on the openings in the bathroom (a must!!), drill the lockers onto the wall, showercurtain, better cleaning of the bathroom, no smoking in the breakfast area by guest ánd staff.

Perfect accommodation for the price. Spacious rooms, big comfortable bed, A/C works great, very nice pool area. Would definitely stay here again. Location is about a 5 minute scooter ride to the centre (or 2 minutes if you take the shortcut). Also, it's quiet (didn't hear the mosques at night, even during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr!).

Beautiful place and lovely helpful staff. Great location just outside the main part of town.

The car could be parked near the rooms. And the two rooms were next to each other. One of the rooms had a missing handle to the toilet so not easy to enter the toilet. Also both the toilet was bare minimum and smelled a little. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The A/C did not cool the room despite being set to 16 C. And we had to ask for towels multiple times. Not towel in room when we checked in.

The pool was amazing and the location was only a short scooter ride to the restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the staff member could have been more respectful to paying guest.
