The location is perfect while in Kuta, on the main Kuta junction. There is an all night convenience store next door, lots of shops, restaurants as well. The vibe on the streets are amazing. Super close to the Mandalika MotoGP circuit and all the amazing beaches around the southern tip of Lombok. Convenient if you rent a bike. Can get a bit noisy late at night and no hot water in the shower, however great value for the price.

They got me a new room when i complained about the adjoining door in my room where i could hear the neighbours as though they were right next to me. The fact my initial room had an adjoining door to the room next door , through which i could see the people inside (so they can see me too) and could hear their conversations as if they were in the same room. The accommodation seems to lack management, took a while for someone to be able to check us in, and there is no actual reception of sorts. Cleanliness was below average, blood stains on the sheets, bit of a smell, bathroom was ok no hot water though and pretty ugly. i have stayed in many guesthouses in Kuta and chose this one based on the reviews - but it was the worst i have booked so far. OK if you are a young party person who does not care where your head falls i think.

For the price is a really good deal. Location is perfect, AC works great and the bed is big and confort. the shower has no hot water.

Breakfast included in the price is just toast which is poor compared to everywhere else we stayed. No hot water.
