Only the location Very dirty, one old elevator, breakfast was very poor , coffee machine broken bread is very old

The room was not clean, everything looked old and poorly maintained. There was a carpet in the room with old stains.

I think the location is one of the best or probably for me. It was amazing. It's walking distance from a lot of attractions. You're next to the old city you can go around. It's comfortable I think at night it felt a bit maybe unsafely night to walk around the street, but overall great location. Staff is great really kind and always happy to help so very joyful stay I would highly recommend. The one thing we did not enjoy was the food. The breakfast was very minimal a few times the eggs were not cooked properly and were served cold. The selection was very minimal. Even when we tried to order an extra paid breakfast downstairs. It was really terrible. I'm sorry I don't have any other options to say that it was just terrible. Other than the food situation, the hotel was great

High quality hotel in great location

Nice view, friendly staff, quiet & clean rooms. Nice rooftop restaurant with quick service. Main elevator was broken and the service one was dirty and had safety issues with the door sensor. Strong unpleasant smell in the room bathroom upon checking in. Limited free breakfast options.

Toilet bowl is too high for Asian people like me.

My room was comfortable and quiet, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast had a good selection of fresh options. It’s a very convenient place for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay again.

It was freezing in the room, especially bathroom Music from below noon stop

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel has a perfect location, which made it very easy to get around and explore the city, with many attractions, shops, and public transport nearby. We really enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable throughout, and would definitely come back again in the future.

The location, staff courtesy, cleanliness, cozy rooms internet was between pretty bad to poor - could not even open gmail at times, disrupted my work even though the reception staff tried to assist lack of vegetarian options for breakfast, and the food was bland. despite the person in-charge trying to assist - most of us walked out dissatisfied

Location is amazing, 1 min from the white bridge, 5 from the liberty park. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean although showing some age, all rooms are soundproof which is important due to the hotel location. Breakfast is modest at best. very few options.

Cold water at thw bathroom and not enoth tawels

Great location, friendly staff, everything is new and clean The breakfast was very bad. Many things were missing - utensils, bowls, pastries. The scrambled eggs looked horrendous. The coffee machine did not work and the waiters charged extra money for coffee. No fruits at all. On our last day a manager came and saw the situation, I hope things will improve. The noise from the street outside is bad. The WIFI did not reach our room at all during the stay we asked the staff but nothing was improved.

1) The location of the hotel is excellent. 2) The staff of the hotel was very nice to us and tried to do their best so that we can feel comfortable at their hotel. 3) The food at the roof top restaurant was excellent. The dining room of the hotel is very small and doesn't match 2025 tourist requirements. In one of the mornings I had to wait for a rather long time for a table for 4.

The beds are comfortable, air conditioner is ok, everything is clean. no good parking, you'll be lucky to have one, tiny rooms, breakfast is below average and not appetizing at all, rooms look directly at a construction site with lots of noise, no balcony, roof restorant service is below laughable, i don't need you to ask me if I want something every 10 minutes, it should not take 30 minutes to get the food I ordered, and then get the food I did not order cause I was missunderstood

Location, staff, cleanness

Awesome! stuff is great, i loved it.

Location was 10/10 and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very polite. The hotel is modern and well equipped. Their rooftop bar is excellent. In spite of being centric, it was super quiet at night we slept great. The server Mohammed was one of the staff that really stands out, he was very professional and friendly, a great asset for the hotel. The taxi driver Caxa/Caja was the most welcoming, he truly reflected Georgian hospitality. The breakfast area was disorganized one day that Mohammed wasn’t there, there were no plates, cups or cutlery and the staff was completely oblivious to the people standing around waiting. So disorganized that they didn’t even asked our room, we helped ourselves as best as we could and left shortly after. The rooms are not very sound-proof but luckily all the guest seemed very polite and no complaints about noisy people.
