The sound insulation between the rooms is poor, the bed creaks a lot, the rooms are quite dark, and there is mold in the bathroom.

The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great central location, within easy walking distance of Kutaisi’s main attractions. The breakfast was very good, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Sanapira Hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi and would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay! The hospitality was really good, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to our host Kakha, who was so nice and helpful arranging a taxi from the airport, helping with luggage in the middle of the night, and brightening our moods in the morning. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our favorite hotel out of the half-dozen we stayed in during our time in Georgia! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We got the room with a balcony along the river and it exceeded expectations. That river is loud, fast, and not messing around. The bathroom has a bidet, which is not common in our experience. Staff is very friendly and the hotel even has its own wine (plus a handful of others) that you can buy at the front desk. The breakfast was a buffet of the standard Georgian options plus an espresso machine. The shower is not fully enclosed, causing water to seep out and get all over the floor. This was an issue at literally every hotel we stayed at, so I assume this is just how it's done in Georgia.

This hotel is a little gem. My room was awesome, and I enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the river. The owner kindly let me in early, and he gave me good information about the region. The bed was comfortable, shower good. I would happily stay there again. Breakfast came with the room but wasn't available until 9:00am, and I needed to leave by 7:30am. The owner offered me an early coffee, but I was concerned about missing my transport to Svaneti so I wasn't able to stay long enough for it. The late breakfast is probably okay for most travelers.

The staff at reception is really nice. He helped us find a parking spot and also helped with luggage. The location is good. Close to central of the city. Find the hotel was very difficult.

The location is in the city center, the room was comfortable, bed and pillows were good, there is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room available, as well as a hairdryer. The breakfast was really good. Would stay here again. —

Location is very close to the city centre. Equipped with everything. Kakha is the nicest host we have ever met, looking after all our needs. A tiny bit cold in the bathroom, AC helped us to stay warm.
