Everything was good! The host very friendly, location top and very close to old city, green view and panoramic view terrace on the cathedral and the cherry on the cake the breakfast, the best ever we had in guesthouses we visit. Many thanks! Nothing bad

It is a small hotel up on the hill not far from center in a tipical georgian environment. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice. The room was simple but perfectly clean and comfortablle. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral. We left in the night and we got a great take away breakfast.

All was very good! Great place, food, animals! We like it very much! Big thank you again :)

- **Breakfast:** It felt like home, and there was plenty of food: a delicious omelet, pancakes with cottage cheese, sausages, vegetables, cheese, muffins, bread with butter, and coffee with tea. - **Very responsive staff:** They helped with the transfer and welcomed us in the middle of the night. They were also happy to accommodate our dog, who is quite large—a 30-kilogram Golden Retriever. - **The most appreciated aspect:** They allowed us to have a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. This allowed us to leave our belongings in the room and spend the whole day exploring the city. - **Location:** The hotel is situated on a hill, and on the day of our stay, there was a strong stormy wind, which created a unique atmosphere for us. There is a beautiful church nearby with a view of the entire city. **Cons:** - The cons stem from the pros: Everything feels very homely, like visiting distant relatives. This might not be suitable for everyone, but it was exactly what we needed!

The staff were really dealing with guests like their families , My Wife and I were really enjoyed every moment in Inaisi. I strongly recomend it to any one. Thanks Dedrajan & Maya ❤️❤️❤️

Hospitality is very good. They don't have any cupboard in the room as well as a dustbin. They have to add this.

Excellent place near the amusement park and rope car to the city center, and a very warm and nice owner.

A small family hotel near the city center on a hill, near the children's amusement park. Very nice and helpful hosts. We liked the breakfast, the hostess Sofia made Turkish coffee for us. The hotel recommended to us private guide Sandro, with whom we spent two wonderful days getting to know Georgia, from morning to evening :) We highly recommend choosing this hotel and traveling around Georgia with Sandro, who will show you interesting non-touristy places and take you to a delicious meal where only locals eat :) That we had to leave this place :)

Sofia and all were so friendly, welcoming always smiling, I liked the freshly prepared breakfast, my daughter had special meals Sofia kindly prepared it for her Was generally comfortable stay I highly recommend it if you are looking for home like stay in the middle of the nature. The quadruple room has no wardrobe and no mirror The mosquitoes in the area as all around surrounded with trees

There are so many things we LOVE about the property 1. THE VIEW - the view is breathtaking, being surrounded by trees and being on an elevated area, the scenery we got Is topnotch. There is also a very cute and comfy terrace which the owner created so guests can fully maximize the view. 2. THE HOSPITALITY OF THE OWNERS/HOSTS - Sofia have been very very lovely and accommodating to our requests. She is very soft spoken and is very warm to us. And she does most of the things in the hotel with love that’s why it exudes in the overall comforting vibe the hotel is giving. Sofia is the very best. 3. PET FRIENDLY - The owners/hosts themselves are pet lovers, hence they have few friendly and very cute cats in the house. And there is also a lovely community dog who likes to receive love and petting. Being an animal lover myself, I feel warm with pets around and knowing that the owners also care about animals. 4. AESTHETICALLY PLEASING - Each corner of the house has charm (from the reception, to the kitchen, to the living area, rooms and the terrace). And all are mostly hand crafted and designed by Sofia which is amazing. The place is so good for pictures. 5. BUDGET FRIENDLY - Hotel is very affordable considering it is near to City Centre. Price is worth it. 6. HOME COOKED BREAKFAST - Food is very delicious and healthy. There is a variety of options served. We came to know that most of the food served are from the garden of the owner itself + she makes all of it very fresh in the morning hence making it more tasty. 7. LOCATION - As mentioned, it is very near to city centre. Only 1km away. Hence, walking distance. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay. If given the chance I would be back. Only thing I can think of is during one time, the bolt driver cannot find the location / was unable to locate the property. But it happened only once.. When we booked again, another bolt driver was able to reach us.
