A great location, close to all the city’s attractions—of which there aren’t many. There are some great places to eat nearby. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They helped arrange a late-night ride from the airport. They responded promptly to all messages. The room is simple, clean, and comfortable. It has air conditioning. The value for money exceeded my expectations. This place comes highly recommended in this city. -

Stay here for the second time. A good comfortable room for a good price not far from the center. Very friendly host. Not a minus but there used to be breakfast a couple of years ago.

A clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Kutaisi. It is close to the center but in a quiet street, and it has all facilities necessary! We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners and staff were also very flexible and helpful with our requirements.

I've stayed in a few hostels here in Kutaisi, this by far is one of the nicest in town. It's clean, in a great location, the staff is great. The owner has worked hard to make this place a great price and comfortable as well. It's no more than a ten minute walk to the center where many decent restaurants can be found. Nothing to be said here.

Modern room We ask to use microwave oven - quick turnaround Transfer from airport in the night for 35GEL The was no one in this place except us. Reception was closed, so we felt social unsafety and isolation. Nobody asked us about our needs. There was no indoor common space (lobby) for guests for networking. Another problem was noice from local people living on the ground floor. We came from another time zone with jet lag, but we’re not able to sleep well in the morning, as they speak loudly outside.

Polite and helpful workers. I asked for the help with my flight tickets and they printed them out, it was nice and very useful for me. Breakfast - nothing special, but quite good. As almost everywhere in Georgia - just instant coffee. Parking place on street. Unexpected surprise that instead of two family rooms we got one family (in yard house) and one twin room (in main house) as they had some electricity problems in another family room and all other rooms were booked - they told they informed booking, but... However we agreed on this change, got a discount of price as compensation and for one night it was ok. We were a bit worried about noises as get twin room near reception, but it was quite.

Oh my gosh, how about everything. Everyone here was pleasant and courteous. The room was nice, plenty of towels and other accessories, they even had bathrobes. The center no more than a 10 minute walk. Everything about Ticiani is top notch. I will miss the restaurant that was in the courtyard but it's understandable that they shut it down. But the food was great.

This is a great hotel/hostel, the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom facilities met my expectations, the most wonderful thing is that the center of town is no more than a 8 to 10 minute. The area of the hotel is very peaceful as well. The entire staff were very helpful and courtesy. Overall the facilities very good. The owner even invited me to a party that they were having, what a incredible experience. Thanks Everyone for being so helpful. Salome, Dima, and George, and the owner. You guys are great. I had problems with the internet, but they fixed it. Afterwards it ran like a charm. Otherwise everything was great.

Great hostel. Very new and very clean. Great location. Staff are very friendly. Due to flight delay I arrived very late. Was not a problem at all. Absolutely recommend.
