Near the city center all was good There is no elevator it may be difficult for old age people

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed for one night then i asked for extension and also i asked for housekeeping which is something that you do not need to ask for. However the room wasn’t cleaned well. No hand soap was there i had to wash my hands with the shampoo. By the way they did not change the bed sheets at all!!!

The only issue we noticed was that there were a few eyelashes left in the bathroom when we arrived, which made it seem like that area hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. We also think a bit more attention to detail during housekeeping would make the experience even better. Other than this small issue, everything else was good, and it didn't have a major impact on our stay.

Perfect location.

Best hot spot in city center. So location is 10/10. 24/7 reception. Turkish beds are the most comfy thing during my trip. Stuff was very very kind. Good shower. high ceilings. all TV programs. everything was shifted my expectations

Towels were dirty and destroyed. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The toilet had a problem with draining.

Location The most terrible experience ever Dirty room, damaged and dirty linen and towels, old and dirty bathroom ? Within 24 hours of stay we've never seen anyone at reception, we had to call several times to ask for check in, housekeeping lady doesn't speak English, no receipt for payment (only cash) One key, one set of flippers and robe(not a fresh one?), one glass in the room, no kettle, no spoon, nooothing, no feet towel And a broken glass table on the balcony with shattered glass on the floor (check picture attached) Never ever we'll be back there

Very nice hotel with a vintage interior. It’s very close to the city center, which is a big convenience. The staff are very friendly and positive, especially one of the girl. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Near to the restaurants. So many flies, mosquitoes, bed sheets is not that clean, hair on the floor and the electricity (lights,ac) is turn off in the middle of the night.

Location is superb!

Just perfect location. Staff was very helpful and provided early check in Perfect value for money Not that easy to find with address. The hotel is one full floor inside of residential building. Looks like it is apart hotel and not much hotel infrastructure

One of the best locations in the city. There was a terrible smell in the room, it even kept me from falling asleep. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen. I started itching because of the unkempt mattress.

Not quite after midnight

As a returning guest at this charming hotel, I had high expectations based on my previous experiences. However, upon our arrival, we encountered a slight hiccup that set the tone for our stay. There was no reception staff present to greet us at the time of check-in. Initially, this seemed manageable; we quickly adapted by communicating through WhatsApp. In an age where technology facilitates instant messaging and remote communication, it felt acceptable, and we were reassured that assistance would soon be provided. Unfortunately, matters took a turn for the worse when it came time to make our payment. While communicating via WhatsApp had its advantages, it became a double-edged sword during this critical moment. Without face-to-face interaction, misunderstandings arose concerning the payment process, leading to unnecessary confusion. We had hoped for a seamless experience, especially since we had highly recommended this hotel to friends and family due to our positive past stays and its convenient location near excursions and local attractions. It was a place that once offered us comfort and ease, making us feel welcome and at home. Regrettably, what should have been a smooth check-in turned into a logistical nightmare. The staff, likely overwhelmed by multiple guests and inquiries on the online platform, struggled to keep up. It became increasingly evident that the personal touch and warm reception we had previously enjoyed were missing. The intimate vibe that characterized our prior visits felt lost amid the hustle and bustle of remote communication, leading to a sense of disconnection and unease as we tried to navigate our payment options. As we waited, I reflected on why we returned to this hotel in the first place. The reasons were numerous: a lovely ambiance that promised relaxation, comfortable rooms that provided a much-needed respite from our busy lives, and a conveniently situated hotel that enveloped us in the comforts of familiarity. Being waken up at 03:00am by two intoxicated so-called young adults reception after we agreed we will pay on check out and they wanted cash payment and there was no physical person on check-in
