Good location and excellent beds, you have a wendys and a dunkin donuts nearby and also tasty breakfast, the rooms are clean and very good looking. The wifi went out for 3 hours and the shower was leaking

The check-in went smoothly. The room was small, but nice and clean. As for breakfast – nothing special but attendants there were welcoming and helpfull. What I would pay my attention, there was a slight smell of humidity in the bathroom; there was also not very easy to adjust the flow of warm water in the shower, it was or cold or very hot.

There was no help with baggage, which was challenging as we were traveling with a toddler and many bags.

Everything was great, especially the breakfasts. Excellent location and very good service.

AMAZINGLY comfortable bed and fine sheets - probably it was by best sleep in 2025! (Similar quality happened to me in 2025 only in June in Amsterdam hotel citizenM). Best location!

Polite staff at breakfast, clean rooms. Exhaust in the bathroom and warm rods for wet clothes both need to be looked into.

Location Breakfast was decent

Best location at the center of Kutaisi. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Superb breakfast. Very comfortable beds. The rooftop bar is a nice bonus.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, very near the fountain square of Kutaisi. Amazing rooms. We stayed in a family room. It could not have been better. Felt so new and fresh despite being an old hotel. Beds were super comfortable with amazingly fresh and clean linen. Had a partition area for kids. Bathroom was so big. Lighting was so good in the room and the bathroom. View from the room was not bad either. It was under-staffed in Sep, perhaps due to off season. Breakfast was not the best, had nothing for vegetarians.

Location was excellent The breakfast spread was good and the staff were cordial. The king suite was alright but you won’t get Wi-Fi network there. Even after reporting the issue the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Cleaning staff not available when I called at 9:30 PM. So had to clean myself. No bellboy so don’t expect any help. You are on your own basically. The standard rooms that I earlier booked had tiny window so might feel claustrophobic The receptionists are boys literally boys. They need to up their game to be honest. They don’t know anything on hospitality industry The TV isn’t a smart TV even in King suite. The language was Georgian and no help was provided even after approaching the reception.
