Sis not like coffee.

The hotel is right Rioni and I had a room with a balcaony with chairs overlooking the river and it was very nice. The room was a good size and clean, the wifi was good, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The hotel location is good as it's a very short walk to the Green Bazar and to the downtown square. I had a good stay there and would stay there again. Nothing as I ddin't have any problems or issues and had a good stay.

Great location, i love the fact that the hotel is build on the rock by the river and people there were very polite and helpful. I would definitely visit Kutaisi again , just to stay in this hotel but under better weather conditions ☺️

Parking

Everything , this place exceeded my expectations. The balconies, the restaurant was on fire !! It was great.

No coffee in the rooms

It’s a perfect place for relaxation and nice location. Lacking of other necessities like extensions, adapter, iron.

The location was great because it was near the center. The town is small and the center is even smaller so the hotel was within walking distance to everything. The only problem is the front desk workers was not knowledgeable of places. For example, I asked how far is the Colchis fountain from the hotel, and the young man told me 30 minutes walk so I need to get taxi. The fountain is literally 10 minutes from the hotel. I needed clean towels on day 2 of my stay and I couldn't get it because the housekeep already ended her shift and she locked up the closet. I had to get clean towel from the room next to me to shower. They have no courtesy water, tea, or coffee in the room. The hotel manager was really nice and she tried to change our bad experience into a good one, so I will give her credit.

This is why one would stay here. Balcony with over the top views! And rushing river to lull you to sleep. Young and very helpful staff. Heads up tho it’s like an old hotel room from times gone by. But that view!

Hygiene and AC

Nice location right by the creek but also walking distance to the city center. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. We left the window open at night to hear the sound of the water.

The restaurant is something, nobody should miss. Food is excellent and so is the interior as well.

The hotel is clean and cozy, the sound of the river and a view to it is another pleasant moment. The location is in the center, and all city and historic sites are available within 10-15 minutes walk.

Unfortunately we booked this hotel for the view on the river from the balcony, but we ended up with a room on the 1st floor (reception is on the 2nd floor), close to the restaurant. We had almost no view on the river, there were a nice little garden in front but it's accessible from the restaurant, so we ended up having people sitting or walking almost in front of the windows. All the room can be seen from here so we feel we had to choose between some intimacy and light. We asked the reception if they had any other room available but it seems the hotel was full. There is no option on booking to choose the room on a different floor and we are disappointed to have paid this price for having people in front of the windows. Besides this, the hotel is clean and has nice exterior.

The location is just at the centre of Kutaisi, helpful stuff especially hotel manager Natia is a responsive person, gave us a lot of information and suggestion. Delicious dinner and breakfast was provided. Big, clean and great river view from the room. The hotel doesn't have private parking, have to find the roadside parking lot, but is not a big issue.
