The location is excellent, first and foremost. It's right in the center, with all the sights nearby. We had a large room. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was on the shady side, so it wasn't too hot. We didn't figure out the hot water at first, but the receptionist explained how to fix it.

While I stay I feel like parents home. They are perfect Tamara was awesome, friendly and so polite. Roza was cheerful , cute and friendly. Hotel location is heart of the kutaisi. I am really happy to chose this hotel Nothing to say

Breakfast on connected restaurant is nice as well. There wasn't hot water at all. Some things are broken (like towel hangers), but didn't receive any fix. Looks like they gave up on maintenance. Overall is clean, however towels had "washing machine stains".

The location is fabulous, the rooms are good size and I haven't seen so much storage space in recent times , like the authentic looks , side table lamps are beautiful, staff is smiling and cooperative. Last day some issue with hot water .

Great localization, just few steps from city center and a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel is in a tenement house with very good atmosphere. Rooms were very good equipped in everything what we needed during our stay and were very clean. The owner was very helpful and kind.

Great central location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, stylish interiors. Breakfasts are not worth it, book a room without breakfast and eat elsewhere- plenty of places 5 mins walk

Location. 10/10. 5 mins walk from Kutaisi bus station that brings you to the airport. JABA was our tour guide for 2 days. Day 1 is for Batumi. Day 2 is for Kutaisi Attractions. JABA and his father were so accomodation and knowledgeable about Georgia. Highly recommended if you want a private tour. Nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of the city and within walking distance of all attractions. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. The breakfast is good. Good price-quality ratio.
