Hotel Red Bridge

It was interesting to think that if we provide an arrival time, that the place could have been warmed up 5-10 before. While it wasn't too bad, we left again to see the city, and came back to have the space warm enough to sleep.

The hotel is very beautiful but There are a lot of insects, you need an insecticide.

Friendly staff and nice location, terassa convenience not in the room, but it wasn't a problem.

I notified the hotel that i would be arriving at around 1-2AM but when i arrived there was no one at the hotel i had to wait untill 4AM for a man to open the door, i was tired waiting, since they knew i would come late, they supposed to turn on the heather. But they didn't the entire flat was so cold even my room, i was shivering there, and i got sick because of that.i spent 2 nights but not even once i saw any staff working there. It is too pricey with this kind of poor service, no complimentary water, no coffee no tea, leave alone breakfast. At least provide water to drink. How come the hotel does not have staff???

They have round sockets so it was impossible to charge anything. One of the reasons why I picked this place was I saw a lot of reviews about the hosts being helpful. I didn’t see anyone during my 12hour stay and the one lady I saw at checkout was cold and standoffish

Very pleasant owner, he offered us a transfer from the airport and even went us to the shop to buy some georgian beers :)

Little hotel with several rooms but it makes it cozy ) there are kitchen and wash machine, so you can cook or clean your closes if needed. Very pleasant and honest administrator who is always ready to help! Near the hotel are a lot of shops, mall, restaurants and cafes ) if you need transfer to airport - very nice service will be organized in time!

The nicest host we ever met! Kakha took us on a day tour around Kutaisi, was helpful, welcoming and even gave us some of his wonderful homemade wine. Hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

Great location, close to the city center, free parking, big kitchen and terrace. The bathroom was very dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The shower head was broken. The owner wasn't satisfied with the price we paid on Booking. He didn't ask straight for extra money, but made us feel uncomfortable. He was always following us and watching behind our back reminding us to turn off the lights or unplug the microwave, which hindered our privacy. On the last day, he entered our room without our permission, even though he knew we hadn't checked out.

Very good hospitality. Warm welcome and for us it was more important how we were handled than the place itself . The place was also good but the way the owner greet and guided through was splended and gave us a life long memory. Love the way, Mr. & Mrs. Kaxa treated our kids Everything was good, upto our expectation..
