الفندق ممتاز جدا و الخدمات ممتازه .. كانت الاقامه استثنائية كل شي متوفر بالغرفة بشكل انيق الافطار كان جدا لذيذ و متنوع و خيارات مالها نهاية مدخل المول داخل الفندق مدخل الارينا داخل الفندق اللوبي و مطاعمه جميييل جدا اذا تخططون للاحتفال ما انصح بتزيين الفندق لانه محدود و مكلف جدا كلفنا 5 بالونات و بتلات ورد على السرير و الحوض 45 دينار و قيمتهم الفعليه برا 5 دنانير اخذوا تزيينكم معاكم

Location Very disappointing experience. I called several times to request room service and an extra blanket, but no one answered the phone. In addition, when we first entered the room, we found a cleaning product that had been left behind on the table by housekeeping and when i called reception in the morning they said what we will do we are fully booked we cant answer all calls !!!

The check-in and checkout process is very slow. We couldn’t find the main entrance easy as they were closing the main gate.

First, the check-in process took around 25 minutes, while other guests who arrived after me were checked in quickly and received their rooms without delay. Second, I tried to call room service three times to order food, but the line kept disconnecting each time, which made it impossible to place an order and only on the fourth time i was able to place my order. Third, when I turned on the bathtub water, the water came out yellow for the first few seconds, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. There were a few other minor issues, but these were the main problems that affected my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
