Excellent location and a very good breakfast selection. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Nikhil for his warm welcome and helpful recommendations, as well as Rohini from the Concierge team for her outstanding assistance and hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience with some members of the senior management team, particularly on my last day before check-out, was disappointing. They were not welcoming, and their attitude and communication style fell short of the level of service expected from a luxury hotel. This contrasted significantly with the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff and left an unfavorable final impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.

I loved the decor, the spacious rooms, and the bathroom Poor service and lack of cleanliness. We had an issue at check-in that took forever to fix, with zero compensation from the staff The rooms weren't as clean as expected—there was a stain on the carpet and the sofa was dirty. Also, we booked a triple room alongside a double room, but the triple room was only prepared for two people, missing towels and toothbrushes for the third guest. Definitely not recommended.

It is what everything is expected from a Waldorf Astoria to be! The staff were very friendly, they were extra welcoming and handled my needs promptly and professionally. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the spa was nice, and the lobby is the place were you sant to sit at before the rush of your day! The location is the cherry on top! Nothing
