Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Austin - Kyle

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay there. The area was great. So many things were close from Heb to Walmart and so many restaurants near by. Would definitely go back again anytime I can.

Very nice rooms, spacious and clean

Check in process was great and the lady was very nice. We got in the room and it was very musty and sticky. I realize we live in Texas but it was extremely humid in the room. There was also several sticky spots all over the floor like someone was dripping a drink or something. I’m pretty sure the AC didn’t get below 73 and it was set on 70. Also when we were checking out there was trash all over the parking lot. There were several contract workers leaving when we were and they were just leaving there trash on the ground instead of walking it over to the trash cans. I was also very disappointed that there was NO breakfast items in the lounge. I didn’t expect anything big but maybe some fruit or yogurt would have been nice. It’s a nice brand new hotel but definitely needs some up keep.

The room was great, the service from the employee's was great but the upsetting part is that the website stated continental breakfast and there was none. VERY disappointing.

Staff at check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in a little early and got a bottom floor room as requested. Room was very clean and very cold. The way we like it. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and stocked. Will stay again.

The stay was fine. Clean room. Friendly staff. It’s more of a continental breakfast. Nothing hot. Instant oatmeal packs, hot water, spoons, and coffee cups. They also had granola bars and little packs of boiled eggs. Which is all fine. Maybe a stretch for “breakfast”. They also offered coffee, in the lobby only. No coffee maker in the rooms. There were no dishes, no utensils, no cookware in the rooms either. There was a sign that said we could request some of these kitchen items if needed. And there was no conditioner in the shower. Shampoo only. Also no blow dryer. So I looked real cute the next day 😅 Just the 1 little trash can in the bathroom. Overall not bad. Good location. I would have liked to know those other details beforehand. Hence the review for others 😉

Decent sized rooms, great location that is close to shopping, groceries and more. Easy walk to restaurants, newer property. They just changed management so we're going through transition pains with lots of complaints. Breakfast was coffee and snack bars. Don't expect great service or amenities.

I dont know if we just got an older room, but it was definitely bare bones, we jokingly called it a prison suite when we first walked in. The bed was a cheap metal frame from Amazon and the mattress was so thin we could feel all the springs. Pillows were also super flat and the side tables were barely large enough for the lamp and your phone. There was a full size fridge, kitchen area with a stove and sink, but you have to request all the mugs, plates and other kitchen items you may want. You also have to request a hairdryer as they don't just have them in the room like most hotels. There was a ton of empty space in our room, it felt like it was missing furniture. Our room was also right by the staircase/side entrance and we could hear every single step folks took all night - almost no quiet moments whatsoever. We were hoping for something more home-y for our extended stay, but this spot is more suited for a quick one night stay. Aside from the issues we had - it is in a nice safe area, there's plenty of parking, overall very clean and lots of food options surrounding the hotel.

The room and the hotel itself was fine, great even! However staff were not helpful at all. I had tried calling the hotel before i checked in because we needed to add an extra day to our stay. No one ever answered the phone. Then, when we got there in the evening the guy at the front desk said that we would need to check out in the morning to rebook our room. So come the next morning we go to the front desk, just for them to say they were fully booked and we would not be able ro extend our stay... If they had told us that since the night before I wouldnt have had to scramble to get out of the hotel and try finding a new hotel all on the same time. Very poor communication on their end i would be weary booking with them again because of that.

Location is excellent. Close to all super centers to buy what ever you need. Close to highways Breakfast pretty bland.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I’ve stayed twice before, so I knew my experience would be great. My room was clean and the staff were helpful. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend if your visiting San Marcos/Kyle area.

This hotel is very clean. The service is excellent during the day; at night the service is not as great. The breakfast was a continental breakfast. It wasn't your average hot eggs, bacon, waffle, etc. The breakfast food runs out fast if you're not there at first when they serve.
