We did not have breakfast. Location was good. Walking distance to bus stop and market for groceries. Staff was very abrupt in dealing with us. Front desk when we arrived was not very friendly. Evening staff was much more friendly. Beds were to close to wall - hard to get in and out of.

The hotel was close to Kyoto Station and situated near 2 Lawsons which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were firm which was fine since I prefer firmness. The complementary coffee & laundry room was convenient. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

The laundry facility didn't dry my clothes as much as I would have liked.

The TV channels were very limited. Only Japanese channels and none of foreign content. So it ends up no entertainment for us in the room. Need to include foreign channels.

El hotel estaba bien, pero hacia el lado opuesto de la ciudad, lejos para andar a pie. Para ir al centro y los atractivos principales con bus. Precio muy económico pero alejado de todo.

The staff was great. There was free, good quality coffee and free washer and dryer. The room was small, and we felt cramped. Also, the location was a little bit inconvenient to the things we wanted to do.

Relatively large room, very big bathroom and nice room downstairs with free coffee. Good value for your money. A bit further away from the subway, but a lot of busses nearby. Very friendly welcome.

Very charming and enjoyed the complimentary beverages and laundry services. I found a bag of rotting garbage on the balcony from the previous clients.
