Limited number of laundry machines. Dryers took a long time. One of the machines were broken leading to a wait amongst hotel guests.

This hotel was great. First of all, the location is unbeatable. 5 minute walk from the Sanjo rail station and just around three corner from multiple bus stops, it was easy to get around Kyoto. It was a walking distance from Nishiki market and other shops. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. It felt very upscale. They give a lot of toiletries/amenities daily. The staff was polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We got complimentary bottles of water daily. The runny breakfast eggs but that’s a preference. I need my eggs well done. :)
