Clean rooms and properly

The breakfast was expensive and they didn’t have non dairy milk or big selection of breakfast items

Breakfast was great - had great variety to suit most tastes. We booked 2 double rooms which were very good size and included all amenities. Staff were pleasant most particularly in restaurant. Hotel includes an Onsen which we never got to use. It is about a 3 minute walk to Jujo metro station which was very handy for getting into Kyoto or transferring to other lines. Air conditioning worked well and bedding was comfortable Only critiscism was the TV in the rooms. It wasn't a smart TV but on top of that the TV placing in each room was such that you couldn't acess the hdmi connection so that you could use your own firestick or smart device to get netflix etc. This is a bit of an oversight on Hotel's part and easily rectified by moving the tv slightly.

Newer hotel , good size room for Japanese standard, well located 5 min walk to subway and near convenience stores. Superb Onsen. Nice staff. Free shuttle to Kyoto station. Good restaurants nearby.

It is very close to the train station so it was nice. I like the breakfast because it is very Japanese based. Their handmade tofu was really good.

Each and every staff were very respectful and courteous. The Onsen was clean and well maintained and breakfast was also excellent with a variety of food served every day.

Very close to Kyoto Station. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from the station daily. There is an onsite public bath for guests. It's usually quiet and not crowded so it's very relaxing.

No drinking water provided. Had to buy mineral water from Konbini and/or use water heater/kettle.
