Clean, easy checkin, excellent location, all the supplies were nice, and laundry area was provided. Great for short or long a stays.Two toilets in the room w 4 beds. And a sitting area with room for more if needed. Close to trains. Nothing.

Close to the castle, and supermarket stores. Good reach to the subway. Even walkable to the old center cca 30 minutes or by nearby bus. Spacious apartment with 2 toilets. Really great value.

Clean, comfortable beds, ample towels We were 6 people sharing 2 queen beds and 2 futons. What i didnt realize was the futon beds went in the remaining space of the room,so there was literally no room to put luggage, maneuver, relax anywhere but where we slept on the bed. Other than that, the beds/futons were comfortable. We had full bathroom and an extra toilet room. Everything was clean and we had ample towels. There was a very very tiny kitchenettes, fridge, green tea packets but no hot water option/kettle. Everything is computer based, no interface with any real people , was not able to leave luggage before check-in time (had to store it at train station lockers until checkin time) There was a laundry facility room but the dryer took so long, we washed our clothes but waited and waited (over night for others clothes to dry) that we ended up having to take our clothes to a laundromat (Coin Laundry Be Loved Goshominami) 10-15 min walk and it was wash/dry in 1 hr (clean, bery easy to use, reliable, quick, and no worries). Overall, I dont recommend this place for a family larger than 4 people, it gets very cramped.

The prose for this place is helping me get my air pods to me in Osaka after I left them. They were able to get them out to their other location next day at no cost. Very helpful staff. - no staff on site to help with our door code not working, sent the wrong one to start - There is no place to hang towels after use - the floor of the bathroom is so squeaky it wakes everyone up

One of the washing machines stained some clothes but after some hassle managed to get it cleaned.
